Hi brother foo,

Me too, have a Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) patient, lady age 52. She has suffered from RA for the past 15 years, and now retired. She has, now able to stop taking her drugs. She has very severe distorted/deformed joints on both her hands, fingers, legs, knees and toes. Walking was almost impossible for her. Last week, I gave her the first treatment, working on her left hand & left leg, as i hope to at least get her left side mobile. Yesterday was the second treatment on her. Surprisingly she felt less pain on her left hand & leg ,and able to walk with the help of the walker. I had her walk 5 feet & back, her family was so happy to see her able to walk again!

I decide to give her 2 treatments/week as she showed much progress. She is now able to hold a cup with her left fingers! and she can grip my hand too. I had healed several major ailments including strokes, but this is my first RA case. I live in Canada and know RA is not cureable and pain is something they learn to live with it. I am glad to share with you my experience. I hope to get her to our next WMQ Treatment Techniques class where Sifu will be conducting personally.

I wish to thank Sifu Tan for giving me this gift and knowledge. Best regards to all,

Healing cut fingers by Wan CW, Malaysia

I would like to share 2 cases of healing which involves 2 separate individuals with cuts on their fingers.

Case No. 1:
A construction worker left hand’s forefinger (end segment) was cut by an industrial saw, just missing the finger bone. At the work site the worker bled a lot, was in extreme pain and was sent to a clinic for stitching. Pain killers were administered.

Every night the worker suffered sharp pains and of course could not use or move the affected finger.

I used long sweeping strokes from the shoulder to the finger tips and then unblocked the affected area, then energized it. After that, I also attended to the head using WMQ migraine treatment protocol.

To complete the whole treatment, I did balancing for his body.

This process was duplicated over 6 treatments over 3 weeks.

The result: The worker need not rely on painkillers, he felt no further pain, he could move his finger – but due to the depth of the cut, he could not straighten the finger, it is slightly bent. He was delighted with the result.

Case No. 2
The male patient was helping his girlfriend to fill her car’s tyre pressure when he was attacked at a petrol station (at about 11 pm) by a parang (long blade) wielding met rempit (Malaysia’s infamous motorcycle gangs). The first slash was to the back of his head, and the patient got up to run and tripped. As he fell the thug snatched his waist pouch and slashed him again. This time the patient used his right hand to ward of the blow and his little finger was cut!

I checked his head and it was just a surface wound – no stitches required! Just a plaster was applied by the hospital. As for his little finger – it did not get severed but required 8 sticthes. The patient was in deep pain at the finger area and couldn’t flex the affected finger.

Again long sweeping strokes were applied from the shoulder to the finger, followed with unblocking and energizing. Next, I did the body balancing.

The result: After 4 treatments, once a week, the patient could use his right hand with the little finger almost normalizing it’s function.

What I learnt from Sifu is that, the body balancing part is quite vital to help one to restore and to recharge the body’s energy, no matter what the issue was.

Many thanks to Sifu for his kind coaching and guidance to enable us to help others overcome discomfort and regain normal use of their body parts. It is heartening to see people happy and contented with WMQ healings!

Dear Sifu, Connie, WMQ bothers & sisters -

Sometimes we amaze ourselves with the wonderful effect of WMQ on our patients – and we try to keep in control our surprised expressions so that the patient does not get unduly alarmed! Somehow, inside you,the sense of fulfillment and joy exudes and forms a glow all over you on the outside! This is my simplistic way of sharing my personal experience of a good feeling when the patient’s problem is resolved.

I met Mr. Shanmugam, aged 54, who was visiting the handicapped children’s home in PJ where a team of WMQ practitioners guided by Sifu & Simo, were giving voluntary treatment to the residents there. We do this every Monday, from 6pm to 8pm as part of our public service.

Mr. Shanmugam had this “locked” (Frozen) shoulder syndrome-where his right hand cannot raise higher than his head. If he forced his way, he will be in acute pain.

I started with using the sword fingers to unblock his right shoulder – starting with the back shoulder and then the front. The unblocking then went onto the whole right arm. Next, was using long gentle sweeping strokes – from the shoulders down to his finger tips. I then cupped his shoulder to energize it and did the same at his elbow. For the rest of his right arm, a non-touch WMQ energizing method was utilized – from shoulder to finger tips. To top up the whole treatment I did a WMQ body balancing for Mr. Shanmugam – which I believed will be helpful as he has got several other problems, like having a bypass done in 2002 to remove 3 blockages, being a diabetic, had prostrate problem & got a tube from his stomach draining to a bag attached to his belt.

The whole treatment took about 20 minutes. After that, Mr. Shanmugam was asked to lift his hand slowly above his head. To his own surprise, he could do it swiftly and with no pain at all. The sheer pleasure on his face was clear evidence that all his other problems were nothing at all. He kept swinging his hands up and down and was totally enjoying it.

I told him to come again the following Monday for a second treatment. He did show up and the whole process was repeated. At the end of it he was just elated! He came and hugged me, with a giant grin on his face showing his sparkling white teeth, and said repeatedly “God bless you! God bless you!”

The feeling I had was what I explained at the beginning. I just told him it was my duty to help since I know the way, and how fortunate it was to have learnt from a compassionate & loving couple like Sifu Tan and Connie. Thank you Sifu & Simo, making the WMQ healing steps so simple and effective!

Hi all,

I like to share with all of my current challenging case:
Currently, I am treating a young lady experienced leg pain due to past accident, also very weak immune system and spine problem.

The young lady has gone to a “Chinese Ti Da” for her leg problem and the “ti da lady” said it is due to her back problem and gave her a very hard “press” on her upper and lower (L5) spine and Ba Guang treatment. Since then she has this terrible pain on her back for almost a week! Her steel inserted leg pain is caused by an accident many years ago.The sole of her feet is very cold ! To make the long story short,
I ran energise her spine and some where at the center part, this caused her to feel giddy and wanting to vomit during the treatment, today I ran a soft qi on the same spot, this time she felt headache and tooth ache. I then cleared her tooth ache (her left cheek have very strong single pin ball energy feeling when I cleared her sudden tooth ache). Most of her spine are protruded and from the center part toward the end are curve to the left. I will give my best to her as she is very fragile…suffer from pain everywhere.

I have applied WMQ U.S.E. protocol and ran energy on her head n neck, spine and hip and the legs on the first treatment, called Sifu and was advises to ran soft qi on the next treatment and have told her to high light her back pain to her “Ti Da lady”

This is a multi-task case, must take time to adjust…

Dear All,

I started treating a lady friend of mine since beginning of September, treating her about twice a week for 15 to 20 minutes each time using WMQ. Her case is pretty acute and she is on to some prescribed drugs that can damage her liver, pancreas, and kidneys. Sometimes she was also injected with pain killer drug.

After a month she told me that she is on half dosage and this week she told me she is off all drugs already. She just mentioned that she felt so much better, but I can still see her slightly contorted and swollen hand and feet.

I have told her to continue taking the drugs as prescribed and consult her doctor.

The WMQ protocol I used was unblocking and sweeping of her body , arms and legs before I do anything. Then did the inner orbit followed by energising her pelvic bones, tail bone, hui yin, lower tan tien, middle tan tien, kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, lungs. Then inner orbit again before ending. Taught her to do the arm swing exercise, and to do about a thousand time a day that takes bout 20 minutes, but to do it gently without hurting or straining herself.

Blinking Eyes, Teary and Itchy Eyes by Mow AL, Malaysia

In mid October, a ten years old boy and his 13 year old sister were referred to me by one officer of a spastic children and underprivileged home. The boy had persistent blinking eyes problem for the last two years. He blinked quite rapidly especially when trying listen to a conversation. Reason is unknown.

Her elder sister have blinking eyes but not as rapid as his. But on top of this, she had teary and itchy eyes came night time for the last 5 years. She also could not see the writing clearly in the classroom if she were to sit behind the classroom.

What came immediately to my mind on that day was to think of a way to break the habit of blinking eye muscles by prescribing both of them some simple Qigong eye exercises before trying out other methods later. So I taught them the followings:
1. Counting leaves , a hundred leaves and increase it to 500 gradually ,
2. Look extremely far immediately switch to extremely near for a dozen or so times,
3. Rotate eyes clockwise and anti-clockwise for up to about a dozen times if they felt no headache or dizziness,
4. Angry eye: open eyes widely and close eyes tightly
All the above should be done twice or more times a day.

For the sister’s teary and itchy eyes, she was taught additionally to rub her palms till hot and cup her eyes and if she preferred cupping and rotating her palms clock-wise and anti-clockwise the same number of times.

The results are amazing. Both brother and sister have stop blinking their eyes after two weeks. As for her sister, her teary and itchy eyes were solved completely after about a month of practice.

She also said that she could see better now at the whiteboard in the classroom.

A thousand thanks go to Sifu Tan Soo Kong and Simu Connie for introducing me not only Qigong but Medical Qigong in not only heal your ownself but also help out others.

Best Qi Regards

Dear All,

For the purpose of sharing.

It was from the Taman Megah Children Homes that I learn to treat a bed wetting boy of 12 years old. The caretaker was complaining about him.

I did seek that the advice of fellow volunteers and I was not the only one giving treatment to the boy.

We unblock the body and then S and E a few crucial areas: Kidneys, Hui Yin, Bladder, Lower Tan Tien, Inner Orbit and also taught the boy to do stand up and squatting exercises.

He stopped bed wetting after 4 treatments.

I know of another volunteer helping to “heal” acute eyes blinking problem and I hope he will also share what he did so as to ‘cure’ the problem after 3 treatments. He single handedly help 2 residents of the Home with this problem.

Thank you.

I just want to hear fellow Wellness Medical Qigong members opinion on this matter via our members website, please.

The 2nd matter, I hope fellow members can assist is whether the treatment can be enhanced;

Did unblocking and sweeping of her body , arms and legs before I do anything. Then did the inner orbit followed by energising her pelvic bones, tail bone, hui yin, lower tan tien, middle tan tien, kidneys, liver, pancreas, spleen, lungs. Then inner orbit again before ending. Taught her to do the arm swing exercise from the Wellness Qigong routine.

Thank you for your impending feedback and comments.

WMQ normalizes my BP! by Wan CW

Posted by admin | Posted in Testimonials | Posted on 18-07-2009

Two days ago I visited my Dr. for my flu problem and had my blood pressure taken.

To my surprise and the Dr. too – it was normal at 130/80! I was so HAPPY!
Imagine how elated I was! It was the same Dr. who, 2 months ago found my BP to be at 180/90!

I consulted Sifu and told him that I do not wish to take drugs to control my BP.
He suggested that I do more waving palms on its own in addition to the Wellness Qigong set of exercises.

My friends, let me share with you my daily routine.
I do 30 mins of bicycling in a park first thing in the morning. The park has a good number of matured trees and offers good fresh and breezy air and shade too.

At the end of the cycling I do 100 rounds of the waving palms which is about 7 mins, then followed by Han Yang. Then at about 5pm at my office, I do the 3 full sets of exercise – starting with Wellness Qigong,
Healing Sounds and Han Yang.

At the Wellness Qigong I do the waving palms immediately after the Penguin Stretch – I do 100 times, then followed by the Swinging Arms that I do 100 times also but with the soft chui as the hands go down. ( i intentionally do the switch of order with swinging hands & waving palms)

When I first embarked on WMQ I was very certain that it would offer me a unique solution to my health challenges. Now that my BP is normal is indeed a great indication of WMQ;s mettle. I am really glad that I completed the practitioner’s course and am very grateful to Sifu for his guidance and encouragement. Occasionally Sifu does a Qi balancing for me.

However, having arrived at this stage is only the beginning and one should not be complacent. Me and my wife do all the 3 sets of exercises once (Wellness Qigong, Healing Sounds & Han Yang) everyday without fail.

And for those who have just come on board, never doubt the power of the healing Qi of WMQ! Keep practising it persistently and you will get corresponding good results.

My thanks again goes to Sifu for his kind guidance.

Personal Detox Experience by Wan Chee Wing

When I first started practising Essential Qigong, I got pretty excited at the health possibilities that I could gain from it. I am sure most students share this ‘vision’ with me. So a daily practice was something that became part of my routine . But soon, I started to experience some discomfort…..which I dared not share with anyone due to embarrassment!

I began to ‘break wind’, ‘passing of gas’, ‘release of gas’ – which are all very polite terms. If you still don’t get it, I mean ‘farting’! Yes, I got into uncontrollable bouts of farting at different times of the day.

Initially I thought it was some food that I took. But this went on for a few days in continuous succession! Then I called Sifu and asked if this condition was normal. He assured me that it was a detox phase, and different people experience different types of detoxification.

At times it could be amusing and at other it appears totally rude of me – to break wind in the middle of a meal, at a meeting, at a discussion or even going to bed!

There was no foul smell (thank goodness for it) but the emitting of the muffled fire cracker sound was really quite annoying and irritating, even for me!

After a while, I got pretty good at handling it. When the initial ‘break’ occurs, I will stop everything that I am doing and dart out to any open space or another room to just let the full barrage have its discharge!

The reason that I am sharing this is that after I had a private conversation of this experience with one of our fellow practitioners, she suggested that it would be good public information (at my expense, ha! ha!). So, for the beginners, if you experience what I have gone through, have no fear – it may be a short ‘passing’ trend for you.

As for me – I endured that ‘ordeal’ for 3 months-but quite happily though, having understood from Sifu that it is a natural process of detox. After all, why retain useless stuff inside your body.

May the Qi be with all of you always – no matter where it goes or comes out!
